"Persistence of Indecision" was created at the Toy Film Museum in Kyoto, where the history of rare Japanese 70-frame films are preserved. The film was hand-drawn and projected for the museum. The film's story is a loop of ideas and indecisiveness, buoyed by the never-ending clanking of the 100-year old hand cranked projector.
